OUR STORY
Veterans Living the Simple, Intentional Life
After proudly retiring from the United States Air Force, we chose a new path—one rooted in authenticity, simplicity, and connection with the land. Our holistic lifestyle extends to every part of our farm, especially our beloved Miniature Jerseys.
Our focus is on breeding Miniature Jerseys with outstanding genetics, ideal for small farms and families. Each calf is halter trained from birth and raised with hands-on love and care from every member of our family. This creates cows that are not only excellent milk producers, but also gentle, social, and easy to handle—true family companions.
For us, it's about more than just breeding; it's about creating a legacy of kindness, health, and purpose, one cow at a time.

Our history
Rooted in Legacy, Driven by Purpose
We’re a family of veterans who chose to live an authentic life after retiring from the United States Air Force. Farming isn’t new to us—it’s in our blood. Our grandparents farmed the heartlands of Kansas and Washington State, so while we’re the first generation to return to the land, we’re just one generation removed from living the dream.
After retiring, we settled on a 52-acre farm in beautiful Eastern Tennessee to begin our new chapter. Our very first livestock were two Miniature Jersey heifers from Rose Wood Farms in Missouri and Kansas. The genetics were exactly what we were looking for, but just as importantly, the breeder shared our values—she truly loved her minis and wanted to see them thrive on farms like ours.
Since then, we’ve grown steadily through unwavering dedication and a deep commitment to continuous improvement. Each new calf born here is healthy, carefully planned, and the product of hand-selected genetics and traits. We halter train our calves from birth and raise them with daily love and attention, resulting in animals that are not only exceptional milk producers, but also incredibly friendly and easy to work with.
We believe in collaboration, integrity, and doing things the right way—from how we care for our animals to how we interact with the people we serve. This isn’t just a farm—it’s a way of life. And we’re proud to share our story, and our cows, with others who value quality, kindness, and connection.
